Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a little oil.

Eggs are mixed with salt, then gradually with oil. Add flour and baking powder. The composition will have the consistency of a cream. Add the finely grated cheese and bacon.

The mixture will be put in muffin tins. If you do not have silicone molds, then put baking paper or grease the molds with oil and sprinkle with flour.

Pour the mixture with a spoon into each muffin so that you fill them halfway. If you want them bigger, fill them 3/4 full. Sprinkle seeds on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through. Check with the toothpick. I got 15 muffins.

This is how I would summarize the appetizer resulting from a mixture of simple but suitable ingredients.
A fun, quick and good recipe, rather an inspired improvisation: appetizer muffins with pumpkin and bacon.

We build on the basis of a seasonal vegetable, with a delicate taste, close to that of the cucumber, slightly sweet, fresh and healthy, the zucchini.

Zucchini (2 suitable pieces) is put on a large grater,
sprinkle with a pinch of salt and drain well, using a gauze.

We will then add breadcrumbs (2 tablespoons)
which will absorb the rest of the resulting water during cooking.
We harmonize the mixture with various textures and various tastes, combining 5 slices of dry and slightly smoked salami

with 100 grams of provolone - a cheese made from cow's milk, with a temperament conferred by an enzyme derived from goat and added to fermentation.

Top with spicy notes of sun-dried tomatoes and preserved in oil (4 halves),

and cumin seeds for a fantastic aroma (1 tablespoon).

We also add an egg that will bind the mixture.
Homogenize the composition and set it aside.
We prepare the muffin tins by lining them with slices of bacon.

Distribute the prepared mixture evenly

sprinkling at the end a little grated cheese for appearance.

Bake the muffins over high heat (240 degrees Celsius) for a maximum of 20 minutes.

Suitable for any occasion, breakfast, picnic appetizer, & # 8222bentos & # 8221 for work or school, or dinner, will be appreciated for the symphony of flavors, but also for the possibility to be consumed quickly with minimal hygiene discomfort.

Kneading in the oven

Ingredients (for 8 pieces):

Bread- 8 slices
Bacon- 8 slices
Quail eggs / chicken -8 (if you use chicken eggs, make sure the muffin shapes you use are roomy enough)
Telemea- 40 g
Cherry tomatoes- 4
Butter a piece to grease the shapes

1-Form the muffins with butter.
2-From the slices of bread, cut the rounds with which the base of the shapes is wallpapered (see photo).
3-Place a slice of bacon on top of the bread.
4-Put half a cherry tomato in each form over the bacon.
5-Above the tomatoes, crush the telemea.
6-Finally, one egg is broken in each shape.
7-Season with salt (a little) and pepper.
8-Put the tray in the preheated oven, on the middle step, for a few minutes, until the egg hardens.

Kneading in the oven

A tasty breakfast sandwich. We must admit, it has a slightly pretentious appearance but, in fact, it is prepared quickly, from the simplest ingredients.

Ingredients (for 1 sandwich):

Bread toast-1 slice
A piece of butter (5 g)
Grated cheese-25 g
Oil 1/2 teaspoon

1-The core of the toast bread is flattened with the back of a spoon (see photo), but without peeling it.
2-Grease the edges of the slice with butter.
3-Put in the pan, with 1/2 teaspoon oil, over low heat.
4-Break the egg in the middle of the slice.
5-The edges (which were previously greased with butter) are lined with grated cheese.
6-Cover the pan with a lid.
7-When you notice that the egg has set, season it with salt and pepper.
8-Serve with green parsley.
