I used Bulgarian feta cheese but you can use any kind of cheese you want that I mixed with finely chopped dill, sour cream, salt and a little white pepper!

A real spring recipe, that's why I say spring because it can be prepared in other seasons, but it never tastes so good and it's not as tasty as when we have green onions and dill, fresh from the garden.

It's an easy recipe to make, an appetizer or an excellent breakfast.

Cream cheese ingredients with green onions and dill

  • 250 gr sweet cheese
  • 1 dill bunch
  • 3-4 sprigs of green onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • salt

Method of preparation

Wash and finely chop the dill, use only the leaves as much as possible and discard the thick tail.

We wash and clean the green onions, cut small pieces from the green side.

In a bowl, mix the cheese with the butter, then add the green onions and dill.
In the end we jumped to taste.

Salad fillets with cream cheese with dill

ingredients
400 g fillet of salt
450 g Broccoli
300 g potatoes
1 lime (peel and juice)
80 g goat cheese cream
20 g sour cream
40 g butter
20 ml olive oil
1/2 dill connection
salt and black pepper

Method of preparation
Thaw the fillet fillets in the refrigerator, according to the packaging, then leave them to marinate for 10 minutes, greased with olive oil, sprinkled with pepper and a little chopped dill. In the meantime, peel the potatoes. If they are small, we leave them whole, if they are big, we cut them lengthwise into 1 cm thick strips. Boil them in salted water for 10-12 minutes, then cool them under a stream of cold water.
In another pot with boiling water and salt, boil the broccoli bunches for 6 minutes, then cool under running cold water.
In a hot pan with a little olive oil, fry the fillet fillets only on the skin side for 30 seconds, then with a spatula, place them on a baking paper tray, skin down. In another tray with baking paper, place the potatoes together with the broccoli bunches, sprinkle with olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, then add the crushed butter.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C, for the electric ones on the "ventilation" function. Put both trays in the oven and cook for 8 minutes.
During this interval we prepare the cream cheese. In a medium bowl add the cream of goat cheese, sour cream, grated peel, chopped dill and a little pepper, then mix well with a whisk.

How to serve:
Spread a little cream cheese with dill on a plate, place a few bunches of broccoli and potatoes on top, then freshwater fillet fillets sprinkled with salt, pepper and dill.


To mix the ingredients, a blender or a food processor will be useful. If you do not have any of these utensils, you can mix the ingredients manually, but the preparation will not have an equally fine consistency.

To start, put the cottage cheese and butter (olive oil) in a blender or food processor and mix them for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture becomes creamy. Then add sour cream (fatty yogurt), greens, salt and pepper and mix a little until all the ingredients are homogeneous. Cheese cream it is ready and can be served. What remains uneaten can be stored in pans in the refrigerator.

A recipe that my mother invented, out of the desire to give me, as a child, an appetizer as tasty as it is healthy. Fast, cheap, natural and super tasty. You can serve it both on an ordinary day and at a festive meal.

Using a mixer, rub the butter well with the cottage cheese (it goes just as well with a lean one and a fatter one). Put the cow / sheep cheese on the grater (if you want, you can even use a combination of the two). Add it, one at a time and stirring constantly with the mixer, over the cottage cheese. Taste, from time to time, not to come out too salty.

Finely chop the onion. Any type of onion works, of course, but it is best to use red onions (the red-white contrast looks very good) or green onions, in season. Add the cream, mix well.

When the cheeses have blended, add the onion and mix well again with the mixer.
