Put water to boil in which we add a pinch of salt and a drop of oil. When the water has started to boil, add the pasta, boil it, then put it in a strainer and sprinkle it with cold water. Leave to drain and in the meantime prepare the following composition: beat the eggs well together with the sugar, add the grated lemon peel, the essence and the vanilla sugar. This composition is mixed with the well drained pasta and placed in the tray and then placed in the already hot oven.
They are ready when lightly browned. Remove, powder with powdered sugar and serve hot or cold, as desired.
