"Anti-cold" tomato soup

In a one-liter saucepan I cut about four sliced ​​tomatoes and boiled them with a handful of pasta - penne I used. I let the tomatoes boil well until they softened and the peel began to come off and until the pasta was cooked. At this stage I put plenty of spices, namely white pepper, green pepper, chilli, pregano and basil. I want to mention that I put a significant amount of spices because I was just making anti-cold soup and the cold had to take heat and get rid of it: D

When the soup boiled with spices, I cleaned a clove of garlic and crushed the garlic as for mujdei and left it in a bowl. Then I cut into thin slices a bell pepper of the right size - for those who don't know, bell peppers contain a significant amount of vitamin C - and a finely chopped green onion. I also left them aside in the bowl with the crushed garlic.

I sliced ​​a lime and added it to the other ingredients in a bowl, a finely chopped hot pepper and a bunch of parsley - and it contains vitamin C, as for onions and garlic I don't think I have to mention that they are good the cold.

When the soup boiled, I turned off the heat and poured all those raw vegetables into the pan, along with the lemon, onion and a tablespoon of olive oil. I mixed well to spread the flavors and served the patient hot soup.

The taste was wonderful - it's a mixture of flavors unprecedented and very exotic and the peak of the peaks, 30 minutes after eating the soup and sweating vigorously from all the spices in the soup, it already felt much better and with the desire to life is more like advertising with Modafen.

Peel the celery, carrots, onions, peppers and parsnips, wash, cut into large pieces and boil in 2 liters of salted water.

Method of preparation:

Put all the ingredients, except the flax seeds and the cabbage leaf, over low heat. When the vegetables are already cooked, add the cabbage leaf and wait a few minutes, then turn off the heat. Wait for it to cool, then transfer everything to a blender.

Add the flax seeds and mix well. Put the soup on the fire to warm it up a little, then serve it. You can decorate it, if you want, with parsley leaves.

Spinach cream soup with green garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings: 6 green garlic bulbs (around 240 g), & frac14 cup of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons salt flakes, 200 g baby spinach, 120 g nuts

Peel the green garlic, wash it and cut it into pieces of about 2 centimeters. Heat the olive oil and cook the green garlic for 5 minutes, then add 1 liter of water and salt. Boil for 3 minutes, then take the pan off the heat and use the blender to prepare the cream soup.

How do you prepare?

1. In a deep pot in which you dripped a little olive oil, add the carrots, celery and finely chopped onion and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Add the finely chopped garlic over the vegetables, then add the canned tomatoes and the fresh, diced ones.
3. Mix well, and when the soup starts to boil, put the lid on the pot and leave it on the fire for another 10 minutes.
4. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste, then the fresh basil leaves.
