The wafer cake is prepared quickly, without too much hassle and without baking. It is distinguished by the aromatic composition of fried peanuts, caramelized condensed milk and chocolate chip cookies, with which the sheets are greased. This dessert will be to everyone's liking!
-3 wafer sheets 30 x 30 cm
-350 g of chocolate chip cookies (dry, crumbly)
-650 g of caramelized condensed milk
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1.Crush the peanuts and biscuits (separately) with a blender. You do not have to grind them to the state of crumbs: preferably, the pieces should remain.
2. Beat the butter at room temperature with the mixer: until it becomes fluffy.
3.Add the caramelized condensed milk and mix until smooth.

Method of preparation:
First we prepare the top, so we separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add the sugar and continue to mix. Then add the yolks, one by one.
At the end, add the two types of flour sifted with baking powder. Mix lightly with a spatula or wooden spoon. Pour the dough into a rectangular tray (20 x 30 cm) lined with baking paper.
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 160 degrees and bake the top for about 30 minutes. Remove the top from the oven and let it cool.Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Syrup the baking tray with tea (optional) and put banana slices on it. Pour a few drops of lemon juice on top so that the banana slices do not turn black.
Spread half of the cream evenly on top. Arrange a layer of biscuits on top and spread the rest of the caramelized condensed milk evenly. Cover with a new layer of biscuits.

Method of preparation
Mix the cherries (without seeds) with 100 g of sugar and rum essences and leave them to soak for an hour. You can put less rum essence if you don't want the cherry cake to be too fragrant.
For the dough: separate the eggs (egg yolk from the egg white) and mix the yolks together with the rest of the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the peel and the lemon juice, the vanilla essence. Mix until the sugar melts completely and becomes creamy.
Beat the egg whites separately until firm and mix gently with a spatula in the rest of the egg yolk composition until fully incorporated.

I know they are relatively hard to find in our country, but I think they can be replaced with a thick caramel syrup (burnt sugar and water, boiled until you get a thick syrup) and maybe a few more spices, such as cinnamon or cloves. Molasses has a strong taste hard to describe. It brings me caramel, autumn, some earth, something heavy and very sweet. It's not something I would eat in large quantities precisely because of this pronounced taste, but it fits very well with the flavors of this dessert. As a term of comparison, it brings brown sugar only as much more intense in taste.
